Hi, my contract is up soon, and I want to upgrade to the latest Z flip 4. I want to make the final payment on my account of £230 ish so then I can close my account, get a new phone via Samsung and go to a different network provider. EE live chat is a joke, no English workers to help you, and it seems no one knows what to do

@Aaronlanders95 All EE customer services are uk based. And to terminate a contract you have to call customer services as you have to be told the cost to terminate that contract.

EE only claim that all calls are answered by someone in the UK and Ireland, they don't seem to mention chat?
