Anytime upgrade

I'm upgrade anytime spent 2 hours on chat to ee guide and was told that he had done the upgrade and I would receive a text to confirm delivery that was days ago and still nothing not even been sent a order number email or anything I'm not happy about being on chat for 2 hours and for nothing customer service is shocking

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I been trying for 2 hours just to get cut off I can't understand why I did the upgrade with a advisor and obviously he didn't do it just wasted my time for 2 hours on chat
