Hey @Mo898, welcome to the EE Community!
I've just split this message out into its own thread so you've got a dedicated place for any replies.
To request itemised billing be added to your account, please give our customer care team a call and they'll be able to get this sorted out for you!
Just as a heads up, it's not possible for us to retroactively itemise previous bills, so this would only be displayed on bills moving forwards.
Any calls made outside of your allowance will always be itemised by default though, so any charges are clear.

@Mo898 : Itemised Billing costs £2.50 pm & is not retrospective but only starts in the billing month after you put it on.
