good evening, I have a problem and I am very angry with the EE company because for 4 months they keep telling me that I will be eligible for a new line and every time I make a payment they come in and tell me that I am not eligible why you've been lying to me for 4 months that I'll be eligible for more lines, I waited until December to give gifts too, I've been a customer for a year, I pay bills worth £400 monthly
