Have you checked the app?
if you’ve just taken out a contract of any kind it may take a while for the order to be processed, they may even call you during business hours to discuss the order. I’ve waited 2 days for a call then everything went through after a small adjustment.
if you’ve paid money try checking your bank account for confirmation?
