Account suspended and can’t see how much my bill is

Hi

I am unable to see how much my bill is due to account being suspended so made a payment that should roughly cover the amount and still suspended.

I can’t use my phone to text or contact ee for a billing amount,can anyone advise me please.

@Sarahd1101   If you have paid enough to cover the bill it’ll take up to 24 hours before you get a working signal again.   It’s probably best to call customer services to check you have paid enough or you’ll be waiting for ever.
