until a couple days ago it said that I had 125£ as credit in my account, now that my new bill for 123£ has come it doesn’t show anymore but it says I need to pay the bill? If I had credit will it pay with that credit? How can I check if I have credit? I have a monthly plan with a phone and accessory

The credit should should have been taken into account in calculating the bill total of £123. Therefore it implies that your monthly fee + extras add up to £248 of which you need to pay £123.
