Accidently purchased wrong sim-only contract online, can I change it??

Hi,

 

My phone was due an upgrade, so I went online and purchased a sim-only upgrade.

 

After I received the email, I noticed it said 250mb , NOT GB. As it's literally been less than an hour, can I change this over to a GB based plan, which is what I wanted initially, and how long do I have to change over? Silly mistake!

 

Any one have any answers?

If you've done it Online then your covered under the Distant Selling Rules, meaning you have 14 Days to Cancel, but rather than go through all that best bet is to ring Customer Services on 150, explain your error and they can probably sort it out to another Plan over the same Call.
