EE Account

Currently I have one EE mobile account, but also manage my wife's EE mobile account, paying by DD for both.  On neither number am I shown by EE as the account holder and, therefore, am unable to access the account details for usage, payment details etc.  Any suggestion(s) on how to amend this so that I become the account holder to properly manage both numbers?

I can't see how you can be the account holder for your wife's a/c as you are not named at all on it.

 

Why don't you get your wife to change ownership of her a/c to yourself? Then you can do exactly what you want.
