I got  Netflix membership free from ee tv i need to pay for the membership from the next month or not ? Or its free for the EE network user

I'm not aware of any promotions offering free Netflix for broadband subscribers - where did you see this?

As you don't have an EE TV subscription, there's no Netflix included on your plan - it's not included with EE Broadband subscriptions.
