My broadband has been slow for a few days, now.. Particularly noticeable when streaming (iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. Okla Speedtest shows Upload/Download/Ping 28.94/149.66Mbps/4ms . But using cloudflare I get download latency of 28ms.
I'm not able to install the EE app on my phone, which is the preferred means of reporting problems.
I understand I am not the only person suffering in this area of Basingstoke (RG22)
What is being done to resolve this issue, and when will it be fixed?

@EdPeters If this is related to the same as your previous post, have you tried doing as requested at that time!

Previous problem was related to the DNS server, which meant I had no internet access, and was resolved by switching off/on again, and just waiting - seemed to resolve itself.
Latest problem is slow or very poor resolution streaming

@EdPeters Can also be a problem with the Router so again is worth the switch off leave 10mins or so and try it again!
If you wish to contact EE and are on the latest then try HELP/PHONE/GUIDE to 66033 either of those 3 options as a text to them if your mobile phone will connect and send!
When you also do cloudflare you are off to America probably for the connection so the latency will go up!
