Evening humans.
I'm after picking your brains.
I had a call this afternoon from my mother-in-law, requesting assistance on her BT TV box.
Everything working fine last night and come this afternoon, all her apps and 'my recordings' are all greyed out.
Broadband working fine and hub connected.
Have tried turning tv box on / off, software update checked.
Cannot fathom what could be causing this issue, any help welcome.

Recommend trying a factory reset - you can choose the "Keep Recordings" option if there's content she wishes to keep. It may be that the hard drive has failed - in which case, the recordings would be gone anyway.
