I only have a main box and 1 mini box but am getting this message and we can't watch on both boxes at the same time

Our records show a change of TV Box Pro last month - when this happened, you will have seen that message. As long as you accept the message (you should see it a maximum of once per box), then it'll settle into the 2 box subscription that you have. If you reset either box, you'll see the message again, but again just accept it and it'll go away.
Once your 2 boxes are marked as active, they'll then both be able to watch your subscription content.
