Unfortunately I can see 4 attempts to fix your issue, but they're failed every time. Your account is in a bad state, and this needs to be escalated as a fault. Unfortunately this isn't something I'm able to do for you - you'll need to call. Sorry that call queues have been so long - I'm not sure why they were so bad yesterday.

As you have a TV Box Pro, there is an easier way:
Simply launch the Netflix app on the TV Box, and then choose the Sign Up button. You can use an existing email address / Netflix account to sign up (make sure you sign up, not sign in).
By doing it via the app on the TV Box, it'll automatically get added to your EE TV bill in the same way as if you'd ordered it by calling us.
