Netflix Activation Fail

Just joined ee and have Netflix as part of my TV subscription, I have the activation email but when I try to activate it Netflix want me to sign up to pay for it, surely this isn't right???

Just to be sure, are you activating this directly from your EE confirmation email, or by going into the EE app?
