Hi,

I've been out of contract with EE since June but I'm still getting charged a monthly fee if 6.47. What the f is that all about?

How is this £6.47 charge described on your monthly bills?

EE Limited with a long Payee details starting with Q. No description at all.

Can you post a screenshot or photo of the entry on your bill?

The things is that I don't even have a bill for it, it's just Direct Debited out if my account.

I have a Direct Debit set up apparently and it's the official EE icon, same as it was for my monthly phone bill. I've never thought about it until now.
