Hi @Aparna3690

You can check your first bill in the Manage area in the EE app or online 1-4 days after placing your order. We will send you a paper bill within 7 days.

Download the EE app for your device, it's the easiest way to manage your account.

Your first bill will cover:

  • your monthly plan charge: the standard monthly cost of your plan, charged a month in advance
  • add-ons: for example, Xbox Game Pass, TNT Sports or for roaming
  • equipment charge: an initial payment or delivery fee for your device if bought with Flex Pay

If you purchased your device using Flex Pay, you’ll have two separate payments coming out of your bank account each month:

  • one for your airtime plan
  • one for your device, also known as your device credit agreement or Flex Pay payments

We'll send you a copy of your device credit agreement which will confirm:

  • the number of payments you’ll have to pay off your device
  • the amount you'll pay each month
  • the date payment will be taken from your account

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can check your Flex Pay payment details in the Manage section of the EE app or through the EE website

If you have set up a Direct Debit we’ll automatically take payments on the date shown on your paper bill. Or you can make a payment in the EE app.

Hi @Aparna3690,

Did you buy the phone on contract along side a mobile plan with us? If so have you setup your online account and linked your account yet to be able to check on your bills there?

You definitely should have had a bill/payment by now based on when you got the phone, it would suggest that there may be no direct debit setup on the account to take the bill automatically. If you do have your online account setup you should be able to see your account balance by logging into the app or website.

If you are struggling with setting up or not seeing anything in your online account, I would recommend speaking to one of our guides to check on the bill and payments for you to help clear things up.

Alex

I brought phone only. Not with sim. And the EMI is 56.21 per 24 months. Also i paid upfront EMI of 50£ before delivery.

@Aparna3690 If you bought the phone on EE Finance then you should have the payment details in your initial welcome e-mail. They can also be checked by logging into the EE Finance portal where you can check your payments.

I would recommend logging in there to check on your payment and there is a contact us button there also to speak to the EE Finance team to see what is happening with your payments.
