Selling a device under contract

Hello,

I just wanted to query some t&cs regarding a flex pay device contract 

I have read previously that we do not own the device under 6 months but cannot see anything affirming this for flex pay

 

Is selling a contract device but keep paying the bill/paying off fully allowed under these terms

You own the device bought with FlexPay. FlexPay is just a loan enabling to buy the device.
