Broadband bill

I received my broadband bill its came up as my bill being £-14.89, why is it my bill have the mnus sign? Any help will help thank u in advance

EE owes you that amount of money for whatever reason. They won't refund it to you unless you request it. It will held on your a/c as credit against future bills.
