wifi control

Router (SH31B running r2.68.16-R-1296172-PROD-83002) and app (pos) are not pairing. This means I cannot use wifi controls in the app. I am invited by the app to set up the router and every time I get to the scanning QR code stage, it says it's already set up. (It is set up, but no wifi controls - I'm looking for access controls in particular. Any ideas?

Welcome to the EE Community

If you are having issues with pairing the hub in order to setup Wi-Fi controls, you may have already tried them, but the usual steps we would recommend to try are restarting the phone and the hub, uninstalling and re-installing the app and if you have another device seeing if it works pairing with the app on another device.

@lettersnumbers : Are you using the EE Home app or the current MyEE app? Only the MyEE app is suitable for the SH+.
