No TV or Phone

Morning, just set up the broadband hub and seems to be working ok, but landline and TV not working, can’t view any of the premium channels,, no movies, try to link device through the app and keep getting the same message, somethings not working, try to request help and guess what somethings not working, can’t view bills or subscriptions, absolute joke, will be calling today to cancel, why is it the bt box worked and this doesnt

@Mike7169  When is your go live date?  Have you received an email stating your BB is now live ? 
  Have you plug the phone in to the router ?

Morning, yes  all plugged in I can receive calls but not make calls. I transferred from BT and have lost all hd channels, can’t link hub to my account, will be phoning them today to cancel, try to log into account and it doesn’t show my tv account, should have stayed with bt 

Sorry missed the first bit, live date was 23.59 on the 4th

@Mike7169 Takes a little time for the DV voice side of the landline to all gel together, at least some part is working the rest will follow suit shortly, just give it some time.!!
