trying to connect my EE broadband to the EE app

I need help. I have  tried to connect my full fibre broadband to my EE account, i fill in all the information and  it says billing account number. ive tried putting my  account number and bill referance, nothing works. it just says "invalid  billing account number. please guys help me.

Which a/c no. are you entering? Where'd you get it? Your BB a/c no. would be in your Welcome email.
