There was no bag provided. I am wondering whether I could just return the old adaptor in the jiffy bag it came in having the return address GX0 Harding Road Milton Keynes MK 10 0DG? Alternatively could I obtain from you a postage paid return label (by email) I could attach to it? Thanks in advance. John Nixon

You should've received a return bag with replacement PSU. I did. It was ginormous!

If you have not received a return bag you may call 0330 123 1105 for 1.

When posting it, keep the proof of postage as evidence in case EE deny receiving it & make a note of its serial no.
