wifi is trash

Switched over to EE about a month ago now, and i must say the wifi is so bad. The speeds advertised to what were getting is ridiculous... im getting just shy of 250mb when promised over 500mb and this is a daily thing.The EE home app is also dreadful...

Resolved! Adding another account owner

Hi. When I had a BT broadband account I was able to add my wife as a second account  owner so that she was also able to deal with any issues we had. Is this possible with EE? ThanksMarco
