I replied to a letter from EE that came through the post.Iwent online and updated my current package that was offered to me at the same price as my current on.What I didnt know was that my landline was to be removed which I certainly didnt want.I am asking that my landline is re installed and my original number remains.I believe my rights allow me to do this within 30 days of which this is day 4.

@Poppy1957 what service have you signed up to?
Has your line now been moved to Digital Voice, meaning you would need to move your phone to the connector on the back of the router?
This is not customer services, no one has account access or knows who you are, but a call to customer services should help get your issues resolved.

i already had digital voice and when I phoned ee i was told to contact them via online chat but I cant find it ,I am out of the country until 21 Jan

I am in Tenerife until 21st Jan so tried all sorts,cant find any live chat and cant find any email

@Poppy1957 You could raise a formal complaint and hopefully get it resolved that way.
