whenever i try to link my ee broadband with the myee app it tells me "please enter a valid billing account number". i have tried multiple times over and over but it keeps saying the same thing.
any suggestions on what to do?

I had this, with the app asking me to enter a 9 digit account number when they are actually 10 digits long (GB + 8 numbers)
on iOS I deleted the app and redownloaded it from the app store and it fixed the problem

Where do I find my GB number? The only number I have is an account number on the original order email but it's only numbers no GB?Thanks

@TB998 Is this a mobile account, or a fixed landline broadband account?

@TB998 On my mobile it is a 9 digit number only for the account, and the Broadband is GB plus 8 digit. You will have 2 separate account numbers so you know. The e-mail should indicate which one is which.
