You do have fixed Home BB & not mobile BB?
If so, your BB a/c no. will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Yes, @Chris_B , you may link EE legacy BB to the EE app, but it's pretty useless as it redirects to a browser just like online EE.

AS I said, if you can't find it in your emails from EE, you'll need to call CS.

@rahmania Your Broadband Account number is shown on your bill, do you have one yet? Mine is like GB******** 8digits after the GB.

does it have to be on your broadband bill or can it be on a mobile data bill?
