You do have fixed Home BB & not mobile BB?

If so, your BB a/c no. will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

@rahmania  Is this new EE broadband or legacy EE broadband?    Basically when did you take out this broadband ?  Im certain you can’t  add legacy broadband to the app.  @XRaySpeX  might know.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

its the ee smart hub plus broadband

Yes, @Chris_B , you may link EE legacy BB to the EE app, but it's pretty useless as it redirects to a browser just like online EE.

AS I said, if you can't find it in your emails from EE, you'll need to call CS.

@rahmania Your Broadband Account number is shown on your bill, do you have one yet? Mine is like GB******** 8digits after the GB.

i have the billing account number but when i enter it it says enter a valid one.

does it have to be on your broadband bill or can it be on a mobile data bill?
