new broadband not covering property

Just migrated from BT to EE.Original bt configuration was hub and 3 discs(black).Was sold SH40J Smart Hub Pro and SW40J Smart WiFi Pro.Specifically asked salesperson would this new set up cover the whole property.Was told YES.Now only have broadband in two rooms.If I move the wi fi Pro further than next room it doesn't pick up the hub.EE helpline sending me around in circles from tech to sales.Any advice please

I'm on Fibre 900 with the Plus hub, and EE have told me the plan includes up to 3 extenders, so yours will too.

Go back to 150/Broadband and tell them you need 2 more extenders as you had before.
