new EE BB 1G not connecting to x2 tapo outside and side cameras

Just Changed from BT fibre 500 and both outside front and side cameras were working  fine.  Just gone over to EE and cannot get them to connect.

My  ring door bell and ring rear garden cameras work fine.  One of the side cameras  state something like move the camera nearer the router.  When I check on my phone wifi outside at the cameras it shows a good strength signal.

Is this some configuration on the router?  I can see compatible wifi feature on the router which creates a separate 2.4g network for slower devices but not sure if that is the problem/

Any advice appreciated

Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

A Tapo camera I have will not work on the EE Pro router unless I disable UPnP on the camera (C225).

Thanks Xray for the advice.  Did exactly what you said setup the the compatibility wifi on 2.4g and worked perfectly.   Thanks to anyone else that replied
