hello i have been with ee for years and my son enjoys gaming competitively and complains about the internet speeds being slow.
i am wanting to know if anyone has had issues with internet speeds being stuck at around 30mbps when the plan offered by EE was to provide atleast 500mbps why is it that my speeds are capped.
in my area we just recenlty had open reach say they have placed new cabling down and hopefully this might change my internet speeds.

@Pathfinder7 Have you spoken to customer services about this as you are guaranteed a minimum speed, you got sent an email just after you stated this contract stating what that minimum speed will be. Please see THIS
