The speed of my internet when downloading in steam 6mb/s, I do not understand why, hundred percent the problem is not on my side.
My download speed should be 115mbps +-14mb,
Maybe the problem is that I don't have fiber optic.

Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?

You got it all mixed up.

  1. You do have Full Fibre.
  2. It's your upload speed that is only 115 Meg which will not affect you downloading Stream
  3. Your download speed at the router is 1.6 Gig.

Are you d/loading Stream over Ethernet or WiFi?

1. Try a speedtest wired preferably here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.

2. What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.
