I rang EE TWICE THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO PUT ME ON HOLD AND TWICE THEY HUNG UP ON ME WITH NO CALLBACK, this is now unacceptable, very unhappy, I have been messed around now for well over a month with 6 EE people saying they will take sole responsibility for this and I hear nothing back, was promised a goodwill gesture for all my time wasted calling EE and still nothing I have 4 mobile with you can broadband, thinking of leaving with everything and going elsewhere, as EE seem unwilling to help
