i7 Wifi extender

Hi, I have two of these - both are set up and showing on my home network buy only one has devoces connected to it. The newer one has none.How do I move some of the connected devices on to the now nearer 2nd extender? Thank you.

@962JOF Devices make the connection, you could try being near to the extender say with your mobile and switch wireless off, leave it a good minute then back on, check with another device though if it has connected to the smart wireless or not!

Use the web manager to have a look also and advanced wireless may give you some idea to what is going on! http://192.168.1.254 and with an Ethernet connection if you have one!

There is NO mesh control to them from the app or the web manager so you cannot bind a device to a specific mesh unit, like you can with a proper system!
