fibre wifi

Every time I visit the EE website, to check availability for fibre in my area, I get a message saying broadband is not in my area (I've had it for a number of years) or oops something has gone wrong! plus (not that I need to know) I can't upgrade my phone (it's only been a few months since renewal.

I find all this, after 25 years loyalty, to be condescending . Why can't you get your algorithms to operate correctly, your website updated instead or creating a "switchboard" mentality/nightmare. Your wasting consumer time and expense.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Mr Tansley

That's right, there's no Fibre BB there at all on the BT-based infrastructure. Nor are you currently on Fibre but on a 3.7 Meg ADSL connection.

That BTw site is the source of all BT-based ISPs' availability.

Then what's your beef with EE? They're only reporting what BB is available where you are. It's your exchange that's located miles away.
