Please could you tell me why I am paying over £24.00 for my digital phone and £74.00 for braodband.
I was with BT since 1969 and my bill came to just over £72.00 for both?

Hi Patricia
This is a user forum, and whilst staffers are present, no-one here can access your account, so can only speak generally.
Before you try 150, is it possible one or both your services were upgraded (improved) at the time of the transfer? Were the terms and costs not discussed? How did the transfer happen?
I'm just another customer. I don't know anything about the digital phone side. Do you know which broadband product you had with BT?
EE Fibre 900 via SH+ with 2 Extenders, EE TV Pro & Mini boxes, 2 EE SIM's only, all originally BT.
LG Oled, Denon/Cambridge Audio 7.1, Panasonic 4K player, Apple TV 4K
