Hi, my set up is 1 main hub feeding two smaller black hubs which connect into 2 white wifi boxes [sorry don't know the tech names] Everything works fine except 1 of the white boxes will not move on from flashing green.Any thoughts ? it worked ok for a month or so no change since then.

@Honeytangle-01 Nothing over complicated but just a weird way for doing it all, the SW with the flashing green has lost its pairing to the SH main unit. Just un plug it, take it back close to the SH main unit and power it back up again, once it boots up see if it stops the flashing green, if not connect it to the SH with an Ethernet cable, just leave it there 24 hours in case it has missed a FW update. After that period, power it off, unplug the ethernet between them, switch it back on and wait until it boots goes through it's sequence and hopefully ends up steady aqua light. Move it again to about halfway to the outbuilding and power it again same make sure it powers up and works. If all good then move to the final position as before.

Good point it really helps clarity when each bit of kit is clearly labelled.blank.png I was also wondering the same about multiple Smart Hybrid Connects on one router. If anyone’s tried that setup successfully, would love to hear how it went.

@Honeytangle-01 Thought you said that it was all working before hand and surely the installation team tested, or asked you to do so?
