Calls to 0330 123 1150 are free, so why have I been charged for a 16 second call?

Ah. I see now, last 2 numbers reversed..

@David_TOF  What call package do you have ?     Calls to 03 numbers come from the call allowance they aren’t free to call if you have no call allowance and you pay per call.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

That's not what this says or implies.

QUOTE Calls to 0330 123 1105 are free from BT and EE landline and mobile numbers. They're charged at your operator's standard rate from any other numbers.

What is "this" that says that?

Calls to such nos. are inclusive only if you have a landline calling plan. Otherwise they are 28.18p / min.
