I recently got my EE broadband activated and its been working well apart from the EE app I've have called the EE team twice and the issue still hasn't been sorted maybe someone on here can help me out
when I go on the EE app and go to manage broadband and set up wifi controls it says its updating the hub it gets to the end of the update and doesn't do anything its been like that for like 4 days now i'm not even getting my guaranteed speeds
Any help would be greatly appreciated
