I can't see my broadband bill and I don't know how much I have been billed. Due to some extra bills, I have cancelled my direct debit this month. I will pay the full bill on the 21st of next month so that my connection is not disconnected.

@3132 You need to call EE to do all this, posting on the Forum is just not going to help you in the least! Doubt you will get to extend by a month without paying and not getting shut off!
