Cancel line installation

How do I cancel installation man coming to fit line I’ve already got one in so I don’t want to fill out £50 for nothing and will I go active on the 12th still if guy still comes out but doesn’t fit snythjng

Brightbox 1 time settings

 My Brightbox 1 time settings are not syncing. They are set to ntp.readytoconnect.co.uk and show 01 Jan in log.Can this be corrected remotely or do I call CS (or do I need a new router) ?Thanks
