Broadband Shop web page doesn't work

Hello

Over the last few days when going to Shop, Broadband, (logged in) I keep getting the following error

Sorry! Something went wrong.

I have tried deleting cookies and have tried MS Edge, Safari - nothing works.
 
I tried the same via the app and I get another error message:
 
"Sorry, looks like a technical error. Please call us on ..."
 
Anything else I can try before calling?

Do you have an existing broadband account and looking to upgrade? 

Have you been able to browse the shop pages previously when logged into your EE account?

Hi Leanne,

Yes, I have an existing ee broadband account. I have been able to view the shop whilst logged in previously (years ago). Looking to browse available plans to potentially change plan.
