Resolved! Unable to connect with customer service

Resolved! Cancelled contract bill

I have cancelled my Broadband and returned the equipment as requested but have received a letter telling me I owe £26.99.EE have cancelled my direct debit and now they are telling me I need to send them this payment.

Resolved! Cant get EE app to connect to router

Set up. Tried uninstall and rebooting. Keep gettimg error that app cant connect. Have uninstall and reinstalled app. Have tried writing and scanning in router details. Have tried phoning customer service. My account was BT moved to EE.
