i have been trying pay by bank transfer to with detail on line and its been going out of my account since i set stanley/bank transfer up but its not showing up with my bill. so im scared its gone missing, i dont get much money in so with bt i could pay £20 a week which then covered my bill by bank transfer. i had constant trouble with ee since i got swapped over.

What do you mean by bank transfer? Is it a Direct Debit or a Standing Order or are you making bank transfers manually?
