‘You need to connect to your home WiFi to see your devices’

Recently I moved from BT to EE. Installed the EE router, hybrid connect and extenders and all fine. Then I changed the SSID of the network from the default and now I’m getting the above message when I connect to WiFi. The WiFi is working but the app and 192 etc won’t let me see the extenders and hybrid connect. Anybody got any ideas what’s going on there? the extenders have the connected teal light.

Fixed - just needed to reset the hybrid connect and extender devices and set them up again.

@Irishfran75 Good to know, both the devices must have stayed as per the original ssid and got confused by just the router change!
