When trying to check for my broadband contract end date I try going into broadband subscription on app and I get the you are not allowed to view this page message 

 any help appreciated

I have this issue too, I can't view the manage section of my broadband in the app. Really frustrating as I've already waited 45 mins to get through on the phone. Just want to report an address change.

Any advice?

@Carola2 : What EE BB plan are you on? The Manage section of the app only works on EE New BB.
