I thought it was supposed to be better network. I moved from BT to EE and the WiFi is rubbish. It drops signal. Can't get a good signal on my mobile either. Can't access my broadband account. Won't accept my details , eventhough I tried changing details. Customer service rubbish. Wish I had stayed with BT.

Whilst things may not be resolved immediately, they should absolutely be logging a complaint for you and investigating why you may not be getting the best experience here.
Don't forget that for both mobile and broadband we have tools available where you can check to see if there are any known issues that could be impacting your connection.

Hi I have to say EE is the worst think I ever switched to. Tech team haven't a clue. Billing is trouble. App is terrible can't access hub. Everything is just rubbish and to get out its going to cost ne £800 . Nightmare. I know its BT now but I have to say BT was excellent. I wish I had stayed with them. I feel your pain..
