Anybody know how long it takes for a new power adapter to arrive? We have had no broadband since Sunday and the helpline said it was a power adapter problem and that a new one would be posted when I finally got through on Sunday - still not arrived!!!! All good and well giving unlimited data on the mobile phone but this is not a great service!!!
