I have a EE router pro WiFi 7 (SH40J) and a BT supplied (I am with BT not EE only use the EE router as it's faster) lead acid backup battery. This backup battery power outlet cable fitted the BT Smart Hub 2 not the EE SH40J. I need a DC end plug adapter from BT SH 2 to SH40 (SH40 uses type G I believe). Can someone tell me what AC adapter end plug to get please?

@Bob1100 What BBU unit are you using? Does appear to have a type G but not right angled.

Battery Back Up Plus (Digital Voice) White | EE but do check with EE that it full supports the cable type for you 7 Pro hub.

@Bob1100 Looks like this is the cable that is required will also depend on what BBU it fits. Seems to be out off stock but you may just have to call about it!

The BBU is Cyberpower DTB24U12B output 24W 12VDC. It doesn't say what end pin type it is using

@Bob1100 You have one of the old ones then, they only made the combined cable's that were still separate single connection for version DTB24U12V-BT3 onwards and that covered the BT Smarthub 2 and upto the EE Smarthub 6 Plus versions, one unit for the ONT and the other for the Hub.... The newer that BT/EE have is the multi plug connection, one unit fit's all with different cables for different connections, without seeing what the new BBU connection output cable is but for the old one it sure is the 5.5mm barrel connection 12V center positive same connection end fits both the BT/BBU. Got two off them on the sister's units EE supplied due to vulnerable status. ONT and EE Smarthub 6+ version SH32B....
