Without broadband for a week. Poor since may, at least 12 engineers, being fobbed off going in circles around the system. Now nothing, have had 5 more appointments booked the cancelled by open reach (apparently) without letting me know! What on earth is going on 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ Have contacted my MP as at my wits end. Run 2 businesses from home and have a sketchy 4g signal.
please please please can someone advise where to go next

What lights are showing on the router?
What does it say after you log into the router:
Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the (Broadband) IP address. This might tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?
Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

@JCress to add a couple of extra questions, is this a business line?
Also, what speeds are available to you, if you enter your phone number in the BTW DSL checker and post the results, hiding your number, it will help ensure you are getting the best results.
